CANASA
The Canadian Security Association is a not for profit association founded in 1977. Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA)
The trade association representing providers, users, bureaus, and other agencies of UL listed and / or FM approved central station production services. It is legally entitled to represent its members before Congress, regulatory agencies on the local State and Federal levels, and other authorities having jurisdiction over the industry.

CSAA Five Diamond Certificaton (US Alarm Monitoring Station)
The CSAA Five Diamond Certification testifies that 100% of Counterforce's station operators have achieved certification and demonstrated proficiency in alarm verification and communications. Less than 1% of all the alarm companies in the US pass the CSAA Central Station operator Level 1 Training Course which qualifies them for the Five Diamond certification.

Completing this course help reduce false alarms by covering virtually all phases of central station communications with customer, law enforcement, fire and emergency services communications centers.
